Weekly Update:

IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING! 

Our scholars have been on the move! We have tons of learning and fun activities planned for the week. We will be focusing on health and safety this week! This unpredictable weather has left our scholars a little under the weather, so it serves as a perfect opportunity to strengthen our mask-wearing, hand washing, and covering our cough skills. Happy spring to all our families; looking forward to seeing you all for this beautiful week. Reminder, Fortune Preschool will have an Open House for our enrolled families Wednesday, 3/22/23, from 5 pm-6 pm. This is an opportunity to have parents, grandparents, and other family members come and see Fortune Preschool.

Weekly Review: 

WHEW! We had such a GREAT week. Pictured above are just some of the enjoyable activities that scholars were engaged in this week. We have created an ever-changing class tree that the students are constantly adding and removing items. We love this concept as a class because it reflects our ever-changing and growing selves as well. Working on one item as a course builds social skills and helps us work on learning to navigate shared spaces. Those lovely mosaics show us working on our fine motor skills and creativity. Also pictured above are the flower potions we made! Each scholar was given a beaker, "potion bottle", grass, wood chips, different flowers, some herbs, and food-colored water to let their imaginations run. Can't wait to have another lovely, busy, and fun week with our scholars.
